In March, the NCC Benevolent Fund in partnership with its helpline provider, Care first, delivered it’s first  ‘Mental Health in the Workplace’ session.

The sessions are designed to provide an introduction on how to look after your own mental health at work and how to support colleagues who may be having a difficult time. It covers signs of poor mental health understanding options for further help.
