Deadline approaches for gender pay gap reporting

Employers with 250 or more employees have just over two months remaining to publish the details of their employees’ gender pay gap.

For private and voluntary sector organisations, a snapshot of employees’ pay should have been taken on 5 April 2022. Pay gap reports must then be published on your company’s own website and uploaded to the government’s website no later than 4 April 2023.
