Updated Kickstart guidance

There have been changes to the guidance on the Kickstart scheme.

The first confirms that businesses can advertise vacancies themselves, but all jobs must receive an introduction through a DWP work coach to receive full funding. The guidance has also been updated to say that when businesses receive a remittance advice notice from HMRC, they will be able to identify the young person in the remittance advice by their ‘Introduction ID’ which the businesses will receive by email when the young person is referred by a work coach.

Finally, the guidance has been updated to say that businesses can add new jobs to their grant agreement after it has been approved by using an online application service using this link.

You can apply for a kickstart scheme grant here.
