Key findings
* Most of the businesses who had physical retail space expected to increase their store footprint in the next two years.
* The ethical buyer and the demand for more flexible and faster delivery were the consumer trends most retailers expected to be focusing on.
* Business rates were seen as the biggest barrier to remaining competitive.
* Brand reputation was the most frequently cited reason for considering social and environmental impact.
